- What is the process for making my estate documents online?
- California Trusts Online makes the estate planning process as simple as possible. Once you review the general information provided and you have decided what documents you want to make, you complete our online questionnaire and we compile the documents for you. You can either choose to have the documents emailed to you so that you can print them, or you can choose to have California Trusts Online print them and mail them to you.
- Once you have your printed documents, you will need to properly sign them. The following documents need to be notarized:
- Trust
- Financial Power of Attorney
- Advance Health Care Directive
- Trust Transfer Deed
- When you receive your Will, you will receive explicit instructions on how to properly sign your Will. It needs to be witnessed by at least two witnesses who are at least 18 years old, who are not named in the Will and who are both present at the same time when you sign the Will.
